(Portland, OR)  --  Animal-control officers are trying to find out who owns a dog that attacked and mauled a woman in Northeast Portland.  The attack happened on July 2nd as the victim was walking her two Chihuahuas in the area of Northeast 34th and Liberty.  Officials say the dog was a charcoal-gray pit bull that was seen running around with a brown pit bull the morning of the attack.  Animal Control officials are hoping someone will step forward to help the investigation.
