(Portland, OR)  --  A man is being treated for a gunshot wound he suffered at a child's birthday party in Portland's Laurelhurst Park.  Police say two men were having an argument during the party yesterday, when one pulled a gun and shot the other.  Both men ran from the scene.  The wounded man was dropped off about 20 minutes later at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center.  No arrests have been made.
