(Eugene, OR) -- A custom guitar that was stolen from the Rascal Flatts band during a concert at the Willamette Country Music Festival is back with its owner. Linn County Sheriff Bruce Riley says the two-thousand-dollar instrument was stolen from the backstage area during the Friday night show. A nineteen-year-old man from Eugene and a 17-year-old girl from Junction City who attended the show were identified as suspects, and arrangements were made by sheriff's deputies to have the guitar returned. The guitar was handed over Sunday evening, and charges won't be filed at the request of the band.
