(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police say a man who stole two vehicles and led officers on a chase was captured with help from a phone-tracking app.  Authorities say officers chased the man yesterday as he drove a Geo Tracker along I-205, but lost track of him.  The suspect ditched the car and then stole a Subaru from a woman at a gas station near Portland International Airport, but he later abandoned that vehicle.  Police say the 28-year-old suspect was apprehended later in the day with help from the app on the victim's iPhone, which she had left in the car.
