(Vancouver, WA)  --  Officials say a man who's accused of stabbing a Vancouver police K-9 to death was wanted for assaulting a woman.  Jacky Karuo is now facing charges including harming a police dog and criminal impersonation.  Authorities say Karuo was running from police Tuesday when he was apprehended by the dog named Ike, but the animal was stabbed about a half-dozen times.  Police say Ike's injuries were too extensive for him to survive, and he was euthanized.
