Vote On Pot Stores Delayed

(Portland, OR)  --  Portland city officials are delaying a vote on new regulations for marijuana retailers.  The regulations are to prevent too many pot shops from operating too close to each other.  Existing retailers are concerned the licensing process could force an existing shop to shut down in favor of a new one.  Officials say they might consider exemptions to allow a case-by-case evaluation.
