(Portland, OR)  --  Police are looking for a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash that left a Portland man dead.  Thirty-four-year-old Christopher Brian Chandler was found lying in the area of Southeast 29th and Stark Street around two o'clock yesterday morning, and died later at a hospital.  Police say the suspect was driving a white, mid-2000s Honda Civic four-door, with the license plate number believed to be IVD-1036, but the state is unknown.  The car may have front-end damage and a broken windshield.
