(Portland, OR)  --  The city of Portland is no longer offering water customers the option of "auto pay."  The option allows customers to set up their credit cards to make an automatic payment every month.  Fred Miller, with the Portland Office of Management and Finance, told KATU-TV that credit card companies changed their security standards earlier this year, and it's been difficult for the city to comply with the new standards.  He says the city hopes to have auto pay operating again next year.
