(Portland, OR)  --  Mayor Charlie Hales says the city of Portland stands in support of Roseburg and the victims of the shooting at Umpqua Community College.  A vigil was held last night in front of Portland City Hall, following yesterday's shooting that resulted in ten deaths at the college.  About 100 people gathered during last night's vigil to remember the victims, and members of the Oregon Symphony Orchestra were on hand to perform.
