(Roseburg, OR)  --  Ten people are confirmed dead and at least seven others are wounded, following a shooting at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon.  Douglas County Sheriff John Hanlin says those who died in yesterday morning's shooting include the gunman, who's been identified as 26-year-old Christopher Harper Mercer.  Hanlin says the shooter died in an exchange of gunfire with officers.  Oregon Governor Kate Brown has ordered all flags at public institutions in the state to be lowered to half-staff to honor the victims.
