(Forest Grove, OR)  --  Forest Grove police have a robbery suspect behind bars.  Authorities say 23-year-old James Daniel O'Neill broke into a home on 23rd Avenue and stole a purse before fleeing.  Officials say O'Neill was found later after being connected to a car break-in, and tried to bite a police officer as he was being arrested.  The suspect is expected to be charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree theft, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, and attempted assault on a police officer.
