Officials: 2015 Fire Season Over

(Salem, OR)  --  The Oregon Department of Forestry says the 2015 fire season is officially over.  The declaration comes after another contentious wildfire season, which ran up 211-million-dollars in total costs across Oregon.  The forestry department says rain and the arrival of cool, moist weather patterns in the region prompted the declaration as of 12:01 Saturday morning.
