(Woodburn, OR)  --  Oregon State Police believe alcohol was a factor in a crash that killed one person near Woodburn.  Authorities say a taxi was southbound on Oregon 99E yesterday morning when it was hit from behind by an SUV.  One of the three passengers in the SUV, Martha Cruz Aldama of Woodburn, was pronounced dead at the scene.  The driver of the SUV, Leovigildo Arzola, is facing multiple charges.
