Woman Killed By MAX Train In Southeast Portland

(Portland, OR)  --  Police are investigating, after a woman was killed by a MAX train in Southeast Portland.  Fire officials say the woman ran onto the tracks in the 23-hundred block of Southeast Bybee Boulevard around two o'clock yesterday afternoon.  The operator of the train tried to stop, but was unable to do so in time.  The woman's name hasn't been released.
