(Portland, OR)  --  Gas prices are flat from yesterday in metro Portland.  Triple-A's latest survey shows the average for regular is two-33 a gallon, two-cents below the average of a week ago.  At this time last year, the Portland-area average for regular was two-92 a gallon.
