(Portland, OR)  --  Police continue to investigate a fiery crash involving a semi truck and a parked train in Portland.  Authorities say 41-year-old Andrew Lambert of Vancouver had been driving the semi carrying fuel along Highway 30 near the St. Johns Bridge when the crash happened Sunday morning.  The impact sparked a huge fire that sent up a column of black smoke that could be seen for miles.  Investigators are trying to determine what led to the crash.
