Report: 442 Violations Found Against Ride The Ducks

(Seattle, WA)  --  State regulators say they've found 442 safety violations by tour company Ride the Ducks Seattle following a deadly crash involving one of its amphibious vehicles in September.  Five people were killed and dozens of others were injured in the Aurora Bridge accident, and the company's operations were suspended by the state Utilities and Transportation Commission.  The UTC report, released yesterday, recommends fines of up to one-thousand-dollars for each violation.  The commission will hold a hearing Monday to decide whether to lift the suspension.
