(Undated)  --  A second outbreak of a rare strain of E. coli linked to Chipotle restaurants is under investigation, but this time Oregon isn't affected.  The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says at least five people are sick with a new strain, including three cases in Oklahoma and one each in Kansas and North Dakota.  In the first outbreak, at least 13 people became ill in Oregon in addition to 40 others in eight states.
