(Salem, OR)  --  The owl attacks on joggers in Salem are back.  At the beginning of the year, an owl started attacking joggers in Bush's Pasture Park.  Less than a year later, the angry owls are back.  At least two attacks have been reported around the North Mall Office Building, about a mile-and-a-half north of where they were reported in January.  An animal behavior specialist at Willamette University says this is the right time for owls to become territorial.  To report an owl attack, visit the Owl Attacks Facebook page.
