(Gladstone, OR)  --  Authorities say a Portland man who drowned at High Rocks Park was floating in the water when he suddenly lost his grip on a log he was holding onto.  Officials say 21-year-old Jeffrey Flesher was carried away Sunday afternoon by the swift current of the river, the temperature of which is believed to have been around 50 degrees at the time.  His body was recovered by Clackamas County divers more than an hour-and-a-half later.
