(Hillsboro, OR) -- Hillsboro police say vandalism at a church early yesterday morning may be connected to a vandalism case at another church a few blocks away. Authorities say the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Northeast 32nd Avenue was ransacked yesterday, with damage estimated at up to 30-thousand dollars. Police say a lesser amount of damage was perpetrated last week at the nearby Hillsboro Presbyterian Church. There's no word yet on whether the cases are related.
