(Austin, TX)  --  A reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the murder of a Portland woman in Austin, Texas.  Authorities say 18-year-old Haruka Weiser was a freshman studying dance at the University of Texas.  Her body was found Tuesday in a creek on the Austin campus.  Police say surveillance video recorded images of a suspect, but no arrest has been made.
