WalletHub: Oregon Ranks 31st For Total Tax Burden

(Undated)  --  With federal income tax returns due to be filed at the end of this week, a new WalletHub survey ranks Oregon 31st in the nation in total tax burden for its residents.  The report says Oregonians have a total tax burden of eight-point-45 percent, based on percentages of property-tax burden and total receipts and gross sales-tax burden.  Washington is tied with Oregon for 31st, while New York is ranked first in total tax burden.
