(Olympia, WA) -- The CEO of Washington's largest mental hospital is out of a job. Governor Jay Inslee says he fired Ron Adler as chief of Western State Hospital after the recent escape of two dangerous inmates. Inslee says Adler will be replaced by Cheryl Strange, who had previously overseen the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services. Murder suspect Anthony Garver and fellow patient Mark Alexander Adams escaped last week from the hospital, but were later captured.
