(Salem, OR) -- Salem police say a local mortgage consultant is facing charges, after being accused of pocketing his clients' monthly mortgage statements for himself and accessing their financial information. Authorities say 48-year-old Oscar Tejada [[ tuh-HOD-uh ]]-Sandoval was arrested as a result of an investigation that followed reports by several victims, banks, and the Oregon Division of Financial Regulations. Tejada-Sandoval is charged with theft, identity theft, and forgery.
