(Lincoln City, OR)  --  One person is dead and another is rescued from a boat that capsized in Lincoln City.  Investigators say James Thompson died when the small boat he was in with his neighbor, Elaine Harskjold, overturned at the mouth of the Salmon River.  Authorities took Thompson to the hospital after the accident yesterday but he died.  Harskjold was rescued by a helicopter from a nearby cliff.
