Sanders, Kasich Make Campaign Stops In Oregon

(Portland, OR)  --  The Oregon presidential primary will be held on May 17th, and two presidential candidates made campaign stops in the state yesterday in hopes of adding to their delegate totals.  Republican John Kasich, who's trailing in the delegate count by a considerable margin, held a town hall gathering yesterday in Portland's Pearl District.  Democrat Bernie Sanders, who has laid off hundreds of his campaign staffers this week, held a rally yesterday in Eugene.  Seventy-four Democratic delegates and 28 Republican delegates are at stake in the May primary in Oregon.
