(Portland, OR)  --  Authorities say three people were sent to the hospital as a result of a house fire in Northeast Portland.  One child was rescued from the living room of the home on Northeast Jarrett early yesterday morning by a neighbor, and another child was rescued from a bedroom by a firefighter.  Both children suffered burns and smoke inhalation.  The cause of the blaze hasn't been determined.
