(Vancouver, WA) -- Authorities say a Clark County Jail inmate who switched identities with a fellow inmate and escaped has been arrested in Illinois. Officials say Michael Dionate Johnson made the switch and escaped on May 6th, when the fellow inmate was slated to be released. Clark County deputies say the U.S. Marshals Service located and arrested Johnson after a multi-agency investigation. Officials say Johnson also has an active warrant out of Multnomah County.
