WA State Revenue Forecast Brighter

(Olympia, WA)  --  State officials say the Washington state government is predicted to take in about 308-million dollars more during the current fiscal period than previously expected.  Economists say the revenue forecast is being upgraded because of higher-than-expected sales tax revenue and higher real-estate excise tax collections.  The forecast is also adding 127-million dollars for the 2017-19 budget period.
