(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a man who reportedly stole a specialized van from a 51-year-old disabled woman in Southeast Portland.  Authorities say the vehicle was stolen yesterday afternoon in the 200 block of Southeast 160th Avenue.  It's described as a white, 2012 Honda Odyssey with a ramp and a sticker on the back that reads "Performance Mobility" in blue letters, and the license plate 580GWA.  Police say a possible suspect has been described as a tall, slim white male, about 35 to 40 years old, wearing a baseball cap.
