(McMinnville, OR) -- Two suspects are facing charges in connection with a speed-racing crash that left one person dead on Highway 99W in McMinnville. Police say 24-year-old Jeremy Hopper and 22-year-old Andrew Olson are each charged with first-degree manslaughter, first-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, and reckless driving. The May 4th crash killed the driver of a car not involved in the race, 43-year-old Claudio Martinez Marquez [[ mar-KEZZ ]], while his passenger, 33-year-old Bonifacio [[ BONE-uh-FOSS-ee-oh ]] Martinez Garcia, suffered serious injuries.
