(Salem, OR)  --  Police have a 17-year-old in custody, after a shooting left an accused burglar dead at a home in Salem.  Authorities say 20-year-old Anthony Brown and the 17-year-old, who's from Keizer, were burglarizing a house in the 15-hundred block of Nebraska Avenue Northeast in Salem yesterday morning, when Brown was shot and killed by the homeowner.  Police arrested the juvenile and booked him on burglary charges.
