(Salem, OR) -- The Oregon Court of Appeals says a man who was 16-years-old when he stabbed a 22-year-old woman to death in Wilsonville should be resentenced. Todd Davilla is serving a 50-year sentence for the 1991 murder of Lisa Flormoe. The appellate court ruled yesterday that a Clackamas County judge's explanation for sentencing Davilla to 50 years in prison in 2012 wasn't enough to justify deviation from a presumptive sentence of ten years. "The Oregonian" reports Davilla's previous five sentences were also overturned on similar grounds.
