(Beaverton, OR)  --  Police say a missing 15-year-old boy from Beaverton could be in danger.  Family members tell KATU-TV that Elinde Mendez speaks Spanish and has the mental capacity of a seven-year-old.  Police say the boy was last seen leaving his family's home at the Allenwood Apartments around seven o'clock yesterday evening to stop at a taco truck.  Authorities say Elinde, who's also called "Vito," is described as Latino, about five-feet-six, weighing 125 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and black pants.
