(Vancouver, WA)  --  Authorities say an arsonist may be responsible for a fire that damaged three townhomes in Vancouver.  Officials say the blaze was reported around 1:30 this morning at a building under construction in the 57-hundred block of 48th Street.  Firefighters had the flames under control about a half-hour after arriving.  No one was injured.  The Clark County Fire Marshal is investigating.
