(Canby, OR)  --  Police say an eleven-year-old boy who drowned in the Molalla River at Canby Community Park wasn't wearing a life jacket at the time.  The incident happened shortly after five o'clock yesterday afternoon at the park with the boy's family nearby.  Police also say the boy didn't know how to swim.  His name hasn't been released.
