Feds To Share Pasco Police Review On Deadly Shooting

(Pasco, WA) -- Federal officials will meet with local leaders in Pasco today to discuss a Department of Justice review of the police department's investigation of a deadly officer-involved shooting.  Antonio Zambrano-Martes, who was 35, was shot multiple times by three officers in February of last year.  Investigators say the man was throwing rocks at police and was high on methamphetamine at the time of the shooting.  Local and federal prosecutors declined to bring criminal charges against the three officers.  Today's meeting at the Pasco police training center is open to the public.
