(Portland, OR)  --  All ITT Technical Institute campuses are to shut down across the U.S., including two locations in Oregon and three in Washington.  State officials and educators are urging ITT students in Portland, Salem, Seattle, Everett, and Spokane to contact local community colleges to learn about options for transferring.  ITT Educational Services informed more than 35-thousand students that its 130 campuses across the country won't open for the fall term, which was scheduled to start September 12th.  The closure is taking place after the chain of colleges was banned last month from enrolling new students who used federal financial aid.
