(Salem, OR) -- A man who's accused in a Salem crash that left a woman dead is scheduled to be arraigned today. Esteban Alvarez-Ayala was indicted by a grand jury last month on charges of second-degree manslaughter, third-degree assault, and reckless driving. The crash killed Shana Lucas in July and seriously injured her daughter. Alvarez-Ayala entered a plea of not guilty following his arrest.
