(Portland, OR)  --  School officials say hundreds of Lincoln High School students staged a walkout yesterday, demanding that the 750-million-dollar school bond issue be placed back on the November ballot.  The Portland school board voted earlier this week to keep the measure on the May ballot, saying they don't want to approach voters at this time with such a huge bond measure.  The measure would fund repairs on public-school campuses throughout the district.
