(Undated)  --  Portland is ranked on a list of "Most Fun Cities in America."  Personal-finance website WalletHub.com has released its top 150 such cities, and Portland is in 12th place, the only Oregon city on the list.  Vancouver is one of four Washington cities included, coming in at 102nd place.  WalletHub's top five "Most Fun Cities in America" are Las Vegas, Orlando, Miami, New Orleans, and Salt Lake City.
