(Oak Harbor, WA)  --  The man who's accused of gunning down five people in Burlington, Washington is slated to make his first court appearance today.  Twenty-year-old Arcan Cetin [[ AR-zhahn shuh-TEEN ]] is charged with five counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of four females and one male at the Cascade Mall Macy's Friday.  Cetin was arrested near his apartment in Oak Harbor, less than 24 hours after the shootings.  Police say they haven't yet determined a motive.
