(Burlington, WA) -- Court documents say a 20-year-old who's accused of gunning down five people at a mall in Burlington, Washington has admitted killing the victims. Arcan Cetin also is reported to have attempted suicide last November and was diagnosed at age 18 with post-traumatic stress disorder. The documents say he also has a criminal history, having been charged with counts that included assault, driving under the influence, and malicious mischief. Cetin is facing five counts of first-degree murder in the Friday shooting at the Cascade Mall in Burlington.
