(Portland, OR)  --  Portland city officials say Pioneer Courthouse Square is a well-visited area, and it shows.  That's why it will soon be receiving a makeover with a price tag of ten-million dollars.  Officials tell KGW-TV most of the work will focus on lifting the bricks in the square and rebuilding the waterproof membrane underneath.  Work is slated to begin in January and is expected to be completed in June.
