Portland 71st Among Best Cities For The Disabled

(Undated)  --  Portland is ranked 71st in the U.S. in WalletHub's study of the best cities for the disabled.  The consumer website says it examined 150 of the nation's biggest cities across 25 key metrics to develop its rankings, including number of physicians per capita, rate of employed people with disabilities, and park accessibility.  Portland scored just under 48 points in all, with a rank of 19th in the "quality of life" category and 124th in the category of health care.  Vancouver is 93rd overall, while Overland Park, Kansas is ranked as WalletHub's Best City for the Disabled.
