(Portland, OR)  --  A man accused of killing another man in Portland is out of jail after the murder charge against him was dismissed.  The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office filed a motion saying it could not proceed with the case it had filed against Leo Lee Burns.  Burns was accused in the stabbing death of Gerardo Granados-Marin in October 2015.  Authorities say the investigation remains open and active.
