(Portland, OR) -- Police are investigating reports of a possible shooting in Northeast Portland. Authorities say the reports came in around 2:48 this morning, and officers were sent to the area of Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Northeast Couch Street, where the initial investigation found no gunshot victims. Police later told KOIN-TV that a traffic stop on the ramp leading from I-84 eastbound to I-205 southbound was likely connected to the shooting investigation. That ramp has since been cleared and there's no word on whether anyone has been detained.
