(Central Point, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a 21-year-old man who dressed as a clown and stood near several schools while holding a sign that said "We are here."  Authorities say Michael Richards held the sign while standing in front of Crater, North Medford, South Medford, and Eagle Point high schools.  Richards is being held in the Jackson County Jail on charges of disorderly conduct and second-degree trespassing.
