(Olympia, WA)  --  Washington state Republican Party chair Susan Hutchison is facing criticism over her response to a tape containing controversial comments Donald Trump made about women in 2005.  Hutchison said Trump's comments can't be justified, but also said the billionaire businessman "was a Democrat" at the time he made them.  State party executive director Caleb Heimlich told "The Seattle Times" that Hutchison was only pointing out that Trump's comments were from another time in his life and that people change over time.  An RNC delegate from Gig Harbor, Eric Minor, says Hutchison should resign because she seems to be rationalizing Trump's remarks.
